GOD'S
LOVE CAME DOWN TO EARTH
God
in His mercy, long ago
Sent His Son from heaven above,
To live with us upon the earth,
And to reveal to us His love.

shepherds and the wise men came
To see their new-born King,
And with a joyful song of praise
All heaven and earth did ring.

With a crown upon His head…
He was born in a simple cattle stall,
And a manger was His bed.

came to earth in human form,
So He could be like you and me –
He knew just how His life would end,
Yet He still came to set us free.
